Frequently Asked Questions
TAT: Almost every item in my shop is made to order and has a 2-3 week turn around time. Very few items are ready to ship. Although I try to ship orders as quickly as possible, right now we are closer to the 3 week end of my TAT. If the last day of TAT falls on a weekend or holiday, it will be shipped on the following business day. Occasionally some orders may take slightly longer than our TAT if they contain bleached items, this is due to the weather here in New England being unpredictable.
Business hours: I love what I do and I'm so passionate about all the items I create to share with you all. Lately I've been struggling with balancing my work time and my family time. I am a married mother of two adorable little girls who are growing up insanely fast and because I work so much I'm missing out on way too much with them. At this time I would like everyone to know that I will only be answering messages Monday - Friday.
Washing Instructions: Drinkware is all hand wash only. For apparel please wash WITHOUT bleach or fabric softener, inside out machine wash cold and hang to dry. For items made with sublimation fading is normal.
Shipping: Once your order has shipped you will receive an email. If you have not yet received that email, your order has not shipped. Double check your spam folder! I typically pack orders at night once my babies are in bed and they are picked up by USPS the following day. USPS gets very busy around the holidays so if your package tracking has not updated, please be patient! I have no more info than what the tracking shows.
Restocks: Not all items will restock. Some will restock but most WILL NOT! If there’s an item you are looking for I highly suggest you snag it while you can. It breaks my heart to have to tell you guys items aren’t restocking!
Cancelations: Cancelations are only accepted within 2 hours of purchase.
Returns: We do not accept returns or exchanges as each item is handmade to order. If there are any issues, defective or damaged items on delivery please reach out within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make things right.
Returned Packages: We strive to ensure that every order reaches its destination successfully. However, we understand that sometimes, due to circumstances beyond our control, orders may be returned to us as undeliverable. Upon receipt of an undeliverable order, we will immediately notify the customer, providing details of the attempted delivery and the reason for the return.To resend the order, we will issue an invoice for the cost of the new shipping label. This invoice must be paid before we can attempt to redeliver the order.If the invoice remains unpaid after a 4-week holding period, the items will be considered unclaimed. To make a positive impact within our community, unclaimed orders will be donated to a charity of our choice.
